General Manager

What you’ll be doing:

• Most senior person, representative of the company in the country, owning results of the country;​​​​​​​
• Leadership of the local direction and strategy;
• Strategic growth;
• Commercial success and leadership - leading sales, account management, onboarding teams;
• Development of Key Partnerships;
• Operational excellence - collaboration with the ops teams and headquarters on ops topics, feedback, issues, development;
• Team leadership & culture - spreading Wolt values, making sure the team is developing, building teams;
• Office environment;
• Communications & regulatory compliance - participation in events, media, conferences.

Qualifications:

• Leadership experience - collaborative leadership style;

• Commercial background - experience managing and leading commercial teams and efforts;

• P&L experience;

• Independance, ownership, need to independently build strategy;

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities;

• English - fluent, Russian - fluent, Uzbek is nice to have;

• Understanding of Uzbekistan market and challenges.
