IT Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and other technical resources;
• Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and services, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues;
• Assist users with identifying technical problems, diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues;
• Implement new technologies and solve technical challenges based on business needs;
• Oversee data security, conduct regular audits, and test for vulnerabilities;
• Participate in designing and upgrading internal and external IT solutions;
• Prepare reports and collaborate with other departments to ensure the efficient operation of the IT structure;
• Work with ERP systems (1C, SAP) to automate business processes and optimize workflows.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Information Technology or related fields;
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, data security, and system administration;
• Experience with ERP systems (1C, SAP);
• Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a team and manage projects;
• Proficiency in Russian and English; knowledge of Uzbek is desirable;
• Responsibility, initiative, and a desire for professional development.
