Today the EUROUZ HR & Capacity Building Committee led by LavoroSolutions an HR company specializing in staffing and outsourcing processes is hosting a closed meeting to discuss initiatives related to hiring, assessment, development and talent retention in Uzbekistan. Anna Burova Head of HR Consulting at LavoroSolutions is moderating the event. Anna Burova also serves as the Chair of the EUROUZ HR & Capacity Building Committee.
The meeting will include discussions on information exchange and data transparency as well as successful case studies with Joanna Golas, President of the France-Uzbekistan Economic Chamber (CEFO). Sofiya Gaynutdinova Director of Personnel and Development at Veon Group will address the critical issues of staff turnover and boosting motivation.
Members of EUROUZ will discuss best practices, share their experiences and formulate realistic goals to enhance talent management effectiveness and business development.
