Nikita was at the origin of human talents industry and grew from the specialist in recruitment of highly qualified staff to the director of one of the global HR company's leading brands.
Since 2022 he holds the position of Director LavoroSolutions.
In 1997-1998, the first outsourcing projects were implemented in Russia under his management. In 2015, he became Head of Manpower Solutions brand.
Earlier on Nikita also worked in Switzerland and in the UK in divisions of Solid International as project manager.
Nikita graduated from Moscow State Pedagogical University, specialty in "Philology", as well as from the Moscow State Linguistic University named after Maurice Thorez with a degree in "Linguistics".
