Brief Description:

  • This training covers the basic principles of business correspondence. We will discuss what business communication entails, how cultural differences affect it, what business correspondence looks like in the era of messengers and social media, and the tools available for online communication.
  • Participants are required to complete a homework assignment before the training.
  • During the training, both individual and group practical work is planned.
  • It is also possible to review participants' cases and receive recommendations from the speaker.

 

Emotional Intelligence

Duration: 3 hours

Brief Description:

  • One of the most sought-after competencies that everyone, from managers to frontline employees, strives to develop. It is useful both at work and in everyday life. The training covers what emotional intelligence is, emotions, self-regulation, and self-motivation.

  • This training is conducted in two formats: for managers and for frontline employees. The first version focuses on giving and receiving feedback from subordinates. The second version discusses feedback between colleagues and to supervisors.
  • We will cover the principles and rules of providing feedback, study the "Johari Window" tool and its application, and discuss common mistakes made when giving feedback.
  • Participants will also practice applying different feedback models in groups.
