He also highlighted new opportunities for IT companies through collaboration with HR experts. On October 17, HR, staffing, and outsourcing company LavoroSolutions, in partnership with Europe-Uzbekistan Association for Economic Cooperation - EUROUZ, held a conference titled "Effective Strategies for Employee Retention and Talent Development in a Highly Competitive Labor Market." Participants actively shared case studies, expert opinions, and discussed labor market trends in Uzbekistan. The interactive format made the event both engaging and productive.
