The week started off strong—with our participation in a job fair! Together with leading companies of Uzbekistan, LavoroSolutions connected with future candidates and shared insights about careers in HR.

We are thrilled to announce that in 2025, LavoroSolutions officially became a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Uzbekistan (AmCham Uzbekistan) — a highly respected business community established in 1997 by international companies operating in the country.

The Managing Director LavoroSolutions participated in the international offshore outsourcing conference organized by IT Park Uzbekistan, where he shared his expertise in talent acquisition and management. He also highlighted new opportunities for IT companies through collaboration with HR experts. The event, attended by industry leaders, served as a platform to discuss Uzbekistan’s potential as a global IT hub.

On February 25, at the Hampton by Hilton Hotel, we hosted an unforgettable event for the HR community! Nearly 60 business representatives attended to listen to experts and network — the event proved exceptionally engaging.
