5.1. The subject of personal data hereby consents to the following actions with Personal data: |

Processing of Personal Data, including collection; accumulation/systematization/refinement (updating, change)/retrieval; storage; provision/access; blocking; destruction. |

5.1.2 |
Cross-border transfer of Personal Data to Operators on the territory of any foreign states. The personal data subject hereby confirms that he has been notified that the recipients of personal data may be located in foreign countries that do not provide adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects |

5.2. General description of the methods of processing personal data used by the Operator |

The processing of Personal Data by the Operator is carried out using methods that ensure the confidentiality of such data, except for the following cases: (1) in the case of depersonalization of Personal Data; (2) in relation to publicly available Personal Data. |

This Сonsent is valid until the goals of personal data processing are achieved or until the personal data subject revokes this consent. The subject of personal data may withdraw this Сonsent by sending a written notice to the Operator at least 30 (Thirty) days before the expected date of withdrawal of this Сonsent. The personal data subject agrees that within the specified period, the Operators are not required to stop processing personal data and delete the personal data of the personal data subject. |
