Determine decoration needs such as new podiums, stands, brand zones, shop in shops, and prepare the yearly decoration plans in coordination with the distributors and HQ;
Brief and coordinate local production the stands, brand zones, etc, quality control, regular monitoring;
Brief and coordinate instant stands and brand zones repairment, follow-up and control;
Local adaptation/development, production, distribution, and application of the POSM;
Develop and update POSM guideline for local product range;
Inventory monitoring of the stands and POSMs;
Calculation of the rental costs of instore equipment.
BTL activation
To execute marketing activities in line with approved marketing calendar within allocated budget;
To brief an agency on BTL campaigns with KPIs and targets settings;
Execution follow-up, KPIs reporting;
Control marketing budget, follow up trade marketing spendings documents;
Monitoring competitor activities and providing insights from the market;
Delivering clear an in-time reporting of all requested information to the line-manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions
